Mixed Marriages

In order that a foreign person and a spanish nacional may marry a series of documents including those below need to be prepared:

Foreign documents which are written in a foreign language must be translated by a Sworn Translator

Foreign citizens:

- Literal Birth certificate
- Literal certificate of no impediment. Those who are divorced also require marriage certificate with annotation of divorce or divorce decree.

Spanish citizen:

- Literal Birth certificate.

Residency permits
Certificates of Census registration
National Identity Documents and Passports
